Champagne Salon Delamotte
Salon is a unique Champagne. All the emphasis in the production of this exceptional wine is on the singular. It was originally the product of one single man, Aimé Salon; from one single region, the Côte de Blancs; from one single cru, le Mesnil-sur-Oger; from one single grape variety, Chardonnay; and from one single vintage, with no blending whatsoever.
Maison Delamotte has been a benchmark in Champagne since 1760.The firm's wine is among those preferred by the Champenois who recognise consistent quality and unflagging respect for the terroir and the Côte des Blancs.
Today, the house of Salon, along with its ancient neighbour and sister, Champagne Delamotte (the fifth oldest Champagne house, founded in 1760) are directed by one man, Didier Depond.
Champagne Alexandre Bonnet
The story of Alexandre Bonnet House fits such an indelible imprint in the beautiful village of Riceys. The village with its 3 designations of origin is unique in the world of wines. Its 2,086 acres of vineyards make it the largest wine producing district in the Champagne region.
As early as 1934, Lucien Noble started growing his own vine stocks. His passion was passed on to the next generations, until 1970 when René, Serge and Alain Bonnet founded the Alexandre Bonnet brand.
Its Champagne wines are authentic and highlight the Pinot Noir variety with vintages like the Noir Extra Brut, the Blanc de Noirs and Perle Rosée, as well as its iconic Rosé des Riceys wine.
